TRASH/LAWN WASTE REMINDERS
Trash pick up is only on Tuesdays as of September 1st. Lawn waste pick-up is on Wednesday. Trash and lawn waste are not to be put out prior to 5:00 p.m. the day before pick-up. Any resident who places their trash out prior to the specified dates and/or time is subject to a $25.00 per bag fine.
Lawn waste pick-up will begin on April 2nd. No lawn waste should be placed to the curb until then; it will not be picked-up. If you have lawn waste that you need to dispose of, it can be taken to one of the recycling center's in Frederick County for free. DO NOT place lawn waste pick-up with regular trash, it will be left behind by the trashman. Any bags left are subject to a $25.00 per bag fine if they are not removed from the curb.
PARKING REMINDER
Townhome owners should only be parking in their numbered space(s). Empty spaces and spaces marked "visitor" are reserved for visitor parking. If you have extra vehicles, you should park them along Farmbrook Drive. You should not be parking in any court but your own or along Farmbrook Drive. Cars parked incorrectly are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
